Peer Regulation Behavior
Typically, feedback on an individual's performance is delivered by their manager, whereas, in a self-managed organization, giving feedback is every colleague's responsibility. A research team at the University of Maryland have conducted a series of interviews and surveys aimed at understanding when and how feedback is delivered at Morning Star. Want to know more?
