The annual Self-Management Institute Symposium is a collaboration opportunity for those who are committed to developing, refining and implementing superior principles and systems of organizing people.

What You Should Expect of the Symposium
Speakers will be entrepreneurs and researchers sharing their ideas, insights, experiences and challenges related to creating more efficient and effective organizations. Each presentation will be followed by a half-hour discussion section. Most of Tuesday will be an open format, during which attendees can .
The Symposium is intended to be interactive. The goal is not merely to hear presenters discuss topics that are of shared interest, but to use this event as a springboard for change within our respective organizations, and without. The Mission of the Symposium is to make real and practical advances in building the most efficient and effective organizations. What the Symposium Expects of You
We are interested in hearing from you. To this end, each of our practitioner organizations will be creating a case study on their respective organizations for presentation at the Symposium. We ask that anyone who applies to present at the Symposium commmits to attend all sessions so that we can make the most of the discussion times in our schedule.
