Professor of Management at the University of Maryland, Gilad Chen, Ph.D., presents an overview of his research on motivation in teams at the 2010 Symposium. His studies touch on the interaction of individual motivation and team motivation, the relationship between empowerment and motivation, the influence of charismatic/supportive leadership on innovation.
