Management author and London Business School professor, Gary Hamel, discussed Self-Management and The Morning Star Company this weekend during an interview with BBC Radio.
Hamel, a Wall Street Journal columnist, author of The Future of Management, and the world's most influential business thinker according to the Wall Street Journal, visited with the Self-Management Institute, toured a Morning Star facility and interviewed Chris Rufer and a handful of Morning Star colleagues recently. He discussed some of what he heard and saw in his BBC interview relating to innovation in management.
